Mobilizing Christians in both the secular and Christian media along with representatives of denominational churches and assemblies, para-church organizations, institutions, theological colleges, Bible Schools, and missionary agencies for visual media evangelism is a challenge. Effective networking for the mobilization of manpower and resources is the need of the hour. To confer on the tasks of transmission of knowledge to the Church in India on New-Media Technology developments, Visual-Media production and use for missiological dimensions and Methods of Visual-Media Evangelism, an 'All India Conference on visual media evangelism' is held once every three years. Themes such as "Visual Media Evangelism AD 2000 and beyond" (1998) and "Visual Media Evangelism in a connected world" (2001) for which eminent leaders and speakers from India and overseas presented papers, led in discussions and conducted Bible studies. Christians who possess expertise in visual-media production and distribution, Christian entrepreneurs involved with computers and Internet, evangelists who are involved in visual-media evangelism and others who are interested and who display aptitude and talent attended these conferences.
